When does this new SPIFF payment program take affect?

TracFone, along with its TSP and Master Agent partners will communicate the exact launch date in the coming weeks. You can also visit tfsdealers.com for weekly updates.

How do I enroll?

Simply Complete the Standard TSP Online Registration application with one of our Approved Technology Service Provider's* (TSP). If you are currently using one of the approved TSPs below, no further action is required. You will receive an email informing you of your status and next steps.

Can I still sell TracFone Wireless Brands if I don't register?

Yes, you may continue to Sell Tracfone Wireless brands; however transactions will not qualify for a Spiff if you did not register and receive an approval through one of the approved TSPs. To qualify for this program, Dealers must register with a TSP and obtain an Approval of participation.

Can I continue to get paid through my Master Agent?

No, This program will replace any existing Spiff program paid through your Master Agent on the effective date of launch.

Under this new program, will I receive my spiff payments directly from TracFone?

No, Qualified Spiffs will be paid/credited directly from your TSP and in most cases within 1-2 business days.

What information is required when I register?

Simply complete the standard online application with any approved TSP. Being sure to provide a valid Federal Tax ID, Business Name, Business Address, Email Address, and Phone Number.

If I currently activate products using a Master Agent Portal, or FAST ACT. Will I still be able to under this new program?

Yes, if you are an approved Dealer, registered with an approved TSP, and all monthly rate plans are pulled via the TSPs system. Each TSPs system is being modified to support all day-to-day transactions such as new activations, re-activations, ports, and reups.
